Join us in Silver City, Idaho
for our fourth annual shindig
at the rustic, historic
Idaho Hotel!

Jacquie Rogers - Silver City event 1

Take a trip to Silver City,Idaho, July 19-21, 2019! This 19th Century mining town has never been modernized and you can get a taste of how our pioneer antecedents lived. Well, except for a few things--the Idaho Hotel does have running water and flush toilets. But you better bring your flashlights.

Stay in the same rooms as the characters in the Hearts of Owyhee series did back in the 1880s.
It's like stepping back in time 150 years.
And you'll have a blast!

  Silver City event

Outstanding Music!

Enjoy the Paxton Family's award-winning fiddlin', pickin', and singing!

World's Worst Melodrama

We will also have a crazy-bad melodrama. We're hoping Matt's mustache doesn't fall off this year. And we'll have some new hams, er, players in the mix, which is always fun.

Auction for the Children's Tumor Foundation

Don't rub your nose or auctioneer Ken Walker might take your bid! Attending authors and anyone who wishes to contribute will bring baskets to be auctioned off. Proceeds go to find a cure for neurofibromatosis. We raised over $500 last year!

Booksigning

Jacquie Rogers and her guest author friends will be signing books in the lobby of the Idaho Hotel on Saturday afternoon.

Historic Tours

Chelle Gluch will take you around to some interesting sites in the area and give you the low-down on the history there. Everyone loved her tours last year and she has even more planned for this year!
